Building a modern headquarters and

manufacturing facility for this privately

owned American, veteran and family

operated business. This project has

been one of our most recent and

largest projects ranging from

manufacturing areas, clean rooms,

showrooms, offices and warehouse spaces. The building on 1 Vortex drive is 255,000 square feet while the building on 2 Vortex drive is 30,000 square feet. 

 

DMC handled the construction management of the project which consisted of overseeing the planning, designing and construction. We used our advanced contract and tracking software programs to maintain an efficient flow of information. 

 

DMC started on the conceptual development stage of the project providing assistance and obtaining village approval for needed documentation. We also provided RFP's for architects and engineers for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and IT services. We worked with government agencies and focused on designing and producing an energy efficient building.
